Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and ship from our studio. Domestic (US) orders over $75 ship free; standard shipping is $4.95. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Every order is cleansed and charged before it is packed, and ships with its intention card and a small care guide.

Returns

If your piece does not feel right, return it within 30 days of delivery — unworn and in its original packaging — for a full refund or exchange. Email hello@moonveyra.com with your order number and we will take care of the rest.

A note about natural stones

Crystals are formed by the earth, so color, inclusions, and pattern vary from stone to stone. Slight variations are not defects — they are how you know yours is one of a kind. For hygiene reasons, worn pieces cannot be returned unless there is a fault in craftsmanship.
